If you have experienced online grooming, you are not alone. Many survivors struggle with feelings of shame, confusion, or isolation, but support is available.

Wales-Specific Support Services

NSPCC Cymru/Wales The NSPCC works to prevent child abuse in Wales and supports affected children and young people.

Lucy Faithfull Foundation Wales A child protection charity dedicated to preventing child sexual abuse across Wales.

Barnardo’s Wales Provides support for vulnerable children and their families, including specialist services for those affected by exploitation.

South Wales Police – Online Grooming Advice Offers information on recognising and reporting grooming incidents.

Hwb – Online Safety Resources A digital platform providing resources about staying safe online and addressing concerns about grooming.

NAPAC provides free support to adults who suffered abuse in childhood, including survivors of grooming and exploitation. Their services are confidential, trauma-informed, and available across Wales and the UK.

They offer practical guidance, emotional support, and referrals to specialist services.

Helping Survivors – Rideshare Sexual Assault Support

Helping Survivors is an advocacy organisation offering guidance and resources to those impacted by sexual violence, including survivors of rideshare-related assaults. Their platform provides survivor-led information, legal rights guidance, and emotional support content for those affected.
